Information collected
Depending on the form: project type, dates, group size, guests to accommodate, name, company, email address, telephone number, requirements, message, source page, any campaign parameters (`utm_source`, `utm_medium`, `utm_campaign` and `utm_content`), submission date and enquiry reference.
Purpose and legal basis
The information is used to check availability, answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange a viewing. This processing is necessary to take pre-contractual steps at your request. Technical records may also be retained to secure the service and prevent duplicate or abusive requests.
Recipients and retention
The managers of Les Bastides and the necessary hosting, Google Workspace and messaging providers may access the information. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are retained for no more than three years after the last useful exchange. Contractual records follow the applicable legal retention periods.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by emailing us. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL.
